Comments:
With the demise of Picus, Net2000 and Adelphia Business Solutions, Cavalier
Telephone, KMC Telecom, U.S. LEC and the wildly successful COX Fibernet remain
the only facilities based CLECs in the Norfolk/Richmond region. Cavalier picked
dry the bones of Picus and Net2000 by gaining half of Picus's voice customers
(someone called StickDog got the other half) and the assets of
Net2000 to
become the largest residential CLECs in the region.
Exchanges 200, 313 and 325 are new. Exchange 476 was here but has been moved to NRFLVA66. I've got no location information for NRFLVA66 but I'd say it is probably in the same building as NRFLVA68DS0. NRFLVA67 was ironicly the office code for Picus's suite in the Norfolk world trade center.
