Interfacility route connecting the POP at the once humming Richmond 1 site to the current long distance switch in Chesterfield County (Richmond 2). One regenerator has been found. It is located in a fenced parking lot adjacent to a Bell Atlantic central office in a very bad section of Richmond (considered America's 8th or 9th most dangerous city!).
